At the helm of both the USL League Two and USL Women’s teams is Ismaiel Alkayali, the club’s visionary Head Coach. With a deep commitment to creating a high-performance environment, Alkayali brings a wealth of experience in player development and tactical expertise. His leadership is already shaping the future of AMSG FC as a premier destination for aspiring soccer players.
Supporting the next generation of stars, Henry Hoang takes the reins as Head Coach of the USL Academy. Hoang’s reputation for nurturing young talent and fostering a culture of growth and professionalism aligns perfectly with AMSG’s mission to build a sustainable player pathway from youth to the professional ranks.
The UPSL team will be led by Eder Lujan, who assumes the role of Head Coach and will also serve as Associate Head Coach for the club’s first teams. Lujan’s dual role ensures continuity and cohesion across all levels of competition, leveraging his tactical acumen and passion for player progression.
In charge of developing the critical goalkeeping position is Isaac Lindell, appointed as Goalkeeper Director. Lindell’s specialized coaching will provide AMSG’s goalkeepers with tailored training to excel in their unique roles, contributing to a resilient and confident defensive unit.
