Daughter of Jose and Vianca Valdez … siblings are Ava and Ian … favorites include Manchester City, Cristiano Ronaldo, Michael B. Jordan, Emma Stone, the Sopranos, A Bronx Tale, The Smiths and Sade … favorite food is mac and cheese and steak … chose CSUN because it felt like home when she stepped onto campus, she loved the team culture, the location of the campus and the coaching staff believed in her … her favorite sports moment was scoring the game-winning goal in overtime in her senior year in the state semifinals … says the best thing about being an athlete is the sisterhood that is developed as well as the discipline and structure that comes with playing sports. 

2024: Reserve forward, coming off the bench in 16 matches … totaled 404 minutes and scored one goal … tallied the opening goal in a 3-0 win over Colgate … played a season-high 43 minutes in that match.

Personal/High School: Born Jan. 17, 2006 in Manhattan Beach, Calif. … daughter of Chris and Diane Sutter … has two sisters, Reese and Lilly … Reese played soccer at Penn … father played baseball at Washington … team captain and three-time All-FCIAC selection at Darien H.S. … team was co-FCIAC champion in 2021 and FCIAC Tournament semifinalist in 2023… also played with Connecticut Football Club, the same club that produced recent Bison stars Jenna Hall and Brooke Tracey along with fellow recruit Leah DeLaurentiis … top goal-scorer on the team in 2020 and 2021 … two-time All-ECNL New England selection … named ECNL Player to Watch in 2021-22 … helped the team to the ECNL Champions League Round of 16 in 2023 … team won the ECNL New England Conference title and the Jefferson Cup in 2021.

2024 (Sophomore): Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete…played in 16 games…scored her first collegiate goal on Sept. 18 at William Penn in a 5-0 Pride win…finished the season with 13 shot attempts and six shots on goal.

2023 (Freshman): Did not participate due to injury.

Senior (2025)  

• Appeared in 4 matches during the season

Junior at Arcadia (2024)

• Appeared and started in all 20 games
• Scored a career-high eight goals and three assists for 19 points
• Recorded her first career brace with two goals against Cortland (9/1)
• Assisted on two of the Knights’ five goals in a 5-2 win over Delaware Valley (10/26).

Sophomore at Arcadia (2023)

• Made 20 appearances during her second season with the Knights, starting in 19 games
• Scored seven goals and two assists for 16 points on the season.

Freshman at Arcadia (2022)

• Appeared in one game in her first collegiate season, playing 12 minutes against Swarthmore College.
